Renovation includes the following: upgrade electrical, replace the HVAC, remodel bathrooms, include new cabinets, and new wall, floor, and ceiling finishes. Minimal asbestos removal in some floor tiles. Estimated cost range of this project is $10,000,000 to $25,000,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $35.00 (reduced size) or $65.00 (full size) is required for each set of specifications.
