22 -- STRUCTURAL DATA RECORDING SYSTEM SPARES BUY POC Contact, Tania M. Butler, Phone (703)604-2119 On a sole source basis as a follow on contract and to maintain commonality with existing aircraft installations, the Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with Systems & Electronics, Inc. (SEI), 190 Gordon Street, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007-1120 to acquire spares, ancillary equipment, support and technical data in support of the Structural Data Recording Set (SDRS) program. The procurement will include the following items in the approximate quantities: Recorder Converter (Fixed Wing), 84; Recorder Converter (Rotary Wing), 25; Signal Data Converter, 167; Data Entry Keyboard, 110; Air Data Transducer, 25. These spares will be for use by various aircraft platforms. SEI is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the SDRS Weapon Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs) and is currently the only firm with the necessary knowledge, data, equipment, and experience to perform this effort within the time constraints of the US Navy.
