The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, NSWC intends to procure services for the design, thermal analysis, fabrication and testing of a prototype cooling system. The contractor shall design and fabricate one processor chassis and heat exchanger using GFI drawings as reference. A thermal analysis and preliminary design shall be presented to the Government for review and approval prior to system fabrication. CSS will provide general guidance drawings and specifications for the purpose of cost estimating. It is anticipated that this will be a firm fixed price award. Delivery requirements are as follows: preliminary design review shall be presented 30 calendar days after award at the Contractor's facility; final design shall be provided for review and approval 14 days after preliminary design review. Period of performance shall not exceed 100 calendar days after contract award. Delivery shall be made to Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, FL 32407, FOB destination desired.
