The Navy requires manufacture of one each altitude and temperature chamber with a temperature range of -32 degrees F to 120 degrees F in accordance with salient characteristics. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is reserved for Small Business. The applicable SIC Code 3569 and the size standard is 500 employees or less. Delivery is required F.O.B. Crane 60 days after effective date of award. It is anticipated that a formal RFQ will be issued to satisfy this requirement. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply.
