combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in
accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice. This announcement
constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a
written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 91017-108
is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document
and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. This is a small business set-aside
and the Standard Industrial Classification for electronic capacitors
is 3675. The small business set-aside standard is 500 employees. The
solicitation line item is as follows: Item 1. Part Number CV3W-100K/50,
Coment Capacitor (or equal), Quantity: 10, Units: EA. The specific IBB
requirement is for ten high voltage vacuum capacitors which are
available through Coment North America, Inc. The part number is
CV3W-100K/50. F.O.B. Point: Destination -- Inside Delivery. Address:

Washington, DC 20547. Delivery Required: within 90 Days after contract
award. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. The following
