The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis from Litton Guidance and Control Systems, 5500 Canoga Avenue Woodland Hills, CA 91367. The proposed contractor is the manufacturer and holds proprietary rights of these test development equipment designed to be used to interface to the individual Navigation and Mission Control Assembly(NAMCA) components using a designated test port. The proposed items are: Clin 0001, 1 each, System Processor Interface Adapter Unit (SPIAU); Clin 0002, 2 each, Micro Controller Interface Adapter Unit (MCIAU) for I/O Controller 1 and 2; Clin 0003, 1 each, Extender for I/O Controller 2. The performance of the SPIAU and MCIAU provide the capability to directly access the CPU registers, RAM, EEPROM, and addressable input/output (I/O) of the on-board processors. These interface Adapter units (IAU) allows for the control of the software execution, integration of other hardware subsystem with the UnitUnder Test (UUT), and provides the ability to download new images of the embedded software system. The delivery is required on or before November 30, 1997, FOB Point at Destination, China Lake, CA. The SIC code is 3823, Standard size is not applicable. Any firm believing they can provide these products shall submit a written notice clearly showing it's ability to provide the required test equipments.
