White (909) 413-2416/Fax (909) 413-2432 This acquisition will be Sole Source to Image Marketing Services, 30 Hopper Hills Way, Mendon NY 14506, and is a Small Business set-aside. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12-6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice constitutes the only Request for Proposal. A written request for proposals will not be issued. The request for proposal document and contract incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Aquisition Circular 90-44. The SIC code is 3861 and the size standard is 500 employees. The Television-Audio Support Agency intends to buy 2 each Associated Press 31.5 GB Raid Image Archive Systesm and 1 each Associated Press Preserver Single Drive Image Archive System. Delivery requirements are 30 days or soon after receipt of order. Contractor's standard commercial warranty is required for each item.The basic PC computer based, high performance archive system will store up to 2,000 compressed images. Provides large capacity archiving and database management, and offers intranet and internet connectability, plus allows simultaneous read/write access to the archive database support multiple user access profiles. The deployable image archive systems must connect with and maintain full campatibility with existing imagery servers. Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Comercial Items, and Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In compliance with the said clauses, the following additional clauses apply, 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Special Disabled and Vietnam Era Veterans; 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Vietnam Era Veterans; 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Special European Union Sanction for End Products. Under DFARS 252.212-7001, the followingsubclauses are applicable: 252.225-7001 and 252.227-7015. Clauses 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors -- Commercial Item, applies and offerors shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable price and technically acceptability.
