The contractor shall technically produce, privately promote, and program commercially a coach's television show to be aired as a minimum, once weekly beginning one week prior to football season through the completion of football season. The contractor is responsible to provide production of highlight tapes for football, men's & women's basketball, hockey and volleyball. Contractor shall comply with all television regulations, obtain and maintain at its own expense all necessary licenses and permits and shall assume the responsibility for and pay all applicable fees and all other taxes incurred in conducting the operations encompassed herein.
