F -- SOLVENT RECYCLING SERVICE SOL TFTP-97-SW-F999 DUE 070797 POC Sandra Whallon (206) 931-7062 Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform recycling services for solvent-based and aqueous parts washers. The recycling process will utilize a closed loop system. The transportation, disposal and recycling shall be performed by the contractor's employees, utilizing the contractor's vehicles. Contractor must comply with all federal, state, local laws and regulations and the terms and conditions of the contract. Contractors must havean EPA identification number and an EPA transporter identification number. Period of performance of the base year is tentatively scheduled for 01 Oct 1997 and ending 30 Sept 1998, with 4 option years. The requirement will be awarded on a nationwide zonal basis as a single award schedule. There will be 13 zones established for the 48 contiguous states.
