The Stikine Area intends to solicit proposals to provide a variety of labor intensive silvicultural type services on a negotiated task order basis. Projects advertised and referenced under IFB R10-02-97-01 and IFB R10-02-97-02 will be incorporated into this task order contract. Contractors who have previously requested a solicitation under IFB R10-02-97-01 or IFB R10-02-97-02 will automatically be sent a copy of the task order solicitation. The general work areas include tree pruning, tree thinning, tree planting, trail brushing, streamside restoration, and wildlife habitat improvement. Projects will be located anywhere within the Stikine Area which is located within Southeast Alaska. Evaluation criteria to be used is past performance, experience/capability of offeror, and project management.
