The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire the personal services of three (3) each intake family therapists and one (1) each family advocacy/domestic violence therapist for military families at the family service center, NTC Great Lakes, IL for a period of 12 months plus two-12 month option periods beginning 01 October 1997. Services to be provided shall include but not be limited to screening, evaluation, information and referral, initial and brief term counseling, individual, couple and family counseling. Qualifications include but are not limited to a professional credentialing clinical licensure at the Journeyman Clinical Practice level from an approved program by the American Psychological Association or the National Association of Social Workers Council on Social Work Education, a license by the State of Illinois Registration to Practice his/her counseling profession in the State of Illinois, a license in Clinical Social Work or Clinical/Psychology within twelve months of contract award and a minimum of one year of clinical practice experience working directly with individuals, couples, marital and group counseling.
