notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals

This solicitation (F26600 97Q8015) is issued as a Request for
Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and
clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45.
This procurement is reserved for small business concerns, utilizing the
size standard in FAR 19 under Standard Industrial Code 3492. Item
description as follows; Nonpersonal service to provide all labor,
tools, parts, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to
perform preventative maintenance service for hematology equipment for
1 year, payable each month. 1 ea. hematology counter, Manufacturer:
Coulter, model: 655. 1 ea. hematology analyzer, Manufacturer: Coulter,
model STKS 810.The SIC for this solicitation is 7629. The provisions
at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerers-Commercial applies to this
solicitation. Evaluations of offers will be based on price and
price-related factors. The clause at FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and
Conditions-Commercial Items applies to his solicitation. The clause at
