Wagner, Regional Contract Specialist, 717-547-1641, extension 545 The Northeast Regional Office in Allenwood, PA intends to make a sole source award to Honeywell, Inc., for a two-year preventative maintenance contract for the existing Honeywell Graphic Central Energy Management and Control System for three institutions at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) in Allenwood, PA. This is a computer based monitoring and control system that monitors and collects critical heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) data at various equipment locations throughout the Complex. The contract will provide a maintenance program in which the contractor, on a regular basis, will perform the routine maintenance essential to keep the system in proper operating condition. The Contracting Officer anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about June 11, 1997, with a closing date on or about June 25, 1997.
