The anticipated work will encompass the following fields : planning, financial analyses, technical/scientific writing/editing, documentation production, "quick turnaround" graphics and presentation development. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract is anticipated. The acquis ition is 100% small business set-aside. The total estimated level of effort is 300,000 hours. The labor categories, number of personnel and hours for each respective category will be as follows: Engineer(2)/Key category/10,000; Senior Analyst(3) Key/25,000; Senior Graphic Artist(3)/Key/25,000; Analyst(2)Key/20,000; Junior Analyst(8)/Non-Key/75,000; Documents Specialist(12)/Non-Key(120,000); Junior Documents Specialist(3)/Non-Key/25,000.
