PLACEMENT OF BPAS WITH GSA FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE (FSS) HOLDERS. It is the intent of NRaD to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purpose of placing BPAs with FSS holders. The procedures for submitting quotes is listed on the web at http://www.nosc.mil/contract/bpa/bpa.html. This site also contains NRaD's requirements, the proposal instructions, and a sample BPA form.
