Johnson, Contracting Officer This project will consist of the construction of a flood water retarding structure site no 7. Elm Creek. It consists of a rolled compacted earth fill dam, excavated emergency spillway, pre cast concrete principal spillway conduit and appurtenances. Major items of work consist of 105,000 cu yds of unclassified excavation, 284,600 cu yds of compacted earth fill, 62.6 cu yds. of concrete, 240 ft of 42 inch concrete pressure pipe, 6,471 tons of rock rip rap, and 12,550 feet of fence. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. (0141)
