The work includes but is not limited to, the provision of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for repairs and new addidtion to the Ordnance Carpenter Shop, Building S-35 as follows: Provide industrial sawdust removal ventilation system; remove asbestos and lead based paint; provide new HVAC system; provide new women's toilet room and renovate existing men's toilet room; replace existing front and rear loading docks and provide front and rear loading docks on addition; provide new 1500 square feet addition; replace all interior finishes with new; replace wood siding with vinyl siding; insulate walls, roof and floor; replace doors and windows; provide new gutters and downspouts; provide telephone and LAN capability; provide new lighting fixtures and receptacles; provide new fire alarm system; replace existing canopies over new loading docks; provide new canopy to protect exterior lumber storage at west side of building; repair parking lot disturbed by new construction; and all incidental related work. The proposed contract is being issued as unrestricted, but subject to Small Disadvantaged Business evaluation preference. The construction cost range for this solicitation is between $500,000.00 -- $1,000,000.00.
