This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Weinschel c/o Creative Marketing Associates, 9140-H Guilford Rd, Columbia, MD 21046 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 195 each Attenuators, p/n 24-30-43 to ensure 100% compatibility with the Model 8114A Pulse Generator. The attenuators must have the power handling capability and the appropriate connectors that will properly mate with the 8114A calibration system. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Weinschel c/o CMA. Delivery is required FOB destination to ISS Facility, 612 Bay 12, Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, SC 29904 within 30 days after contract award.
