The first one is 10 inches in diameter, .090 inches thick with a .312 hole in the center, made of fiberboard per PPP-F-320. The second one is 3 inches in diameter, .075 inches thick with a .312 hole in the center, made of fiberboard per PPP-F-329. For use on the Target Device for Small Arms. FOB is Destination.
