The contractor shall provide access (service) with a full range of features for government owned and operated cellular telephones based at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida and operated in both local and nationwide areas. Leasing of the cellular telephone equipment on an as required basis, shall also be provided. The contractor shall have the required Federal Communications Commission licensing prior to starting work. The basic performance period will be 1 October 1997 through 30 September 1998 with four one-year options. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is 4812.
