The place of performance is at the Vessel's homepier. There will be a non-refundable charge required in the form of a certified check or money order payable to the U.S. Coast Guard in the amount of $100.00 for requested U.S. Coast Guard specification required drawings. The proposed contract listed here is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small businesses. Plans and specifications will be issued on or after 07 April 1997. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard.
