R -- CADASTRAL SURVEYS SOL RFQ-97-23 DUE 062797 POC MN Shared Service Contractintg Unit, 218-626-4364 The USDA -- Forest Service is requesting professional services to conduct cadastral surveys. Requested services are within the Chippewa National Forest located in north-central Minnesota. Work to be performed to Forest Service standards, include: corner searches, monumentation or maintenance and geodetic coordinate establishment; boundary line surveyed and marked, or maintained; to prepare and record the appropriate Corner Certificates and Certificates of Survey. To be considered, submit an SF-254 (Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire), an SF-255 (Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire for Specific Project), and a minimum of 4 exhibits (Corner Certificates and Certificates of Survey) which demonstrate the work of the principal surveyor identified to do the work. For evaluation criteria, see Numbered Notes 24 and 25. All data, including SF-254 and SF-255, must be submitted by June 27, 1997, at 2:00 p.m. local time, to our new address: 8901 Grand Avenue Place, Duluth, MN 55808-1102.
