Price, Contract Specialist, (703) 306-1242 The National Science Foundation (NSF) is soliciting proposals for the design, conduct, data processing, and analysis of a survey of academic institutions with graduate programs in science, engineering, or health fields to collect information on graduate students and postdoctorates. The successful contractor will print survey materials, conduct the survey, follow up for nonresponses, collect, input, aggregate and analyze data, impute for unit and item nonresponse, prepare tables, reports, documentation and methodology, conduct workshops, and help prepare background materials for Office of Management and Budget (OMB) survey clearance packages. RFP SRS-97011 is expected to be issued on or about June 23, 1997, with a 30-day proposal submission period on a "full-and-open-competition" basis.
