SPECIAL NOTICE IN COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY FOR ARMSTRONG LABORATORY SMALL BUSINESS INNOVATION RESEARCH (SBIR) PROGRAM SMALL BUSINESS INNOVATION RESEARCH (SBIR) TOPICS FOR FY98. The Armstrong Laboratory, Human Systems Center, Brooks AFB, TX has projected their FY98 Small Business Research and Development topic requirements which includes Crew Systems, Human Resources, Occupational and Environmental Health, Aerospace Medicine, and Environics Directorates. These topics will be pre-released on or before 15 June 1997. This will give program participants an opportunity to ask technical questions about specific solicitation topics by telephone before solicitation opens and will include the name and telephone number of topic authors. General questions about the program should be directed to Ms. Belva Williams, Industry Programs Manager, (210) 536-5429. Once solicitation opens (usually 1 October 1997) telephone questions will no longer be accepted and program participants may ask written questions through SBIR/STTR Interactive Topic Information System (SITIS) described in the solicitation.
