S -- ON-SITE MEDICAL WASTE DISPOSAL SOL 549-3-98 DUE 080797 POC Marilyn Clayburn, 214-302-7521 The Department of Veterans Affairs North Texas Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Medwaste Technologies Corporation, One West Loop South, Suite 100, Houston, TX 77027 to provide on-site disposal for medical waste. Contractor shall provide processor (mounted on mobile trailer), personnel, and all chemicals used in disinfecting of infectious medical waste. The period covered will be 10/1/97 (or date of award if later) through 9/30/98 with four options to renew for a period of one year each.
