Code DAMA01) Market Survey: The United States Military Academy is
conducting a market survey to identify sources capable of providing
domestic wastewater collection, treatment and disposal services for
Stewart Army Subpost, New Windsor, New York. Existing facilities
include approximately 6 miles of piping, 4 pumping stations, and 400
buildings with an annual flow of approximately 150 million gallons.
Required service to include the operation, maintenance, and repair of
the entire wastewater collection, treatment and disposal system in
accordance with Federal and New York State standards. The period of
performance is estimated to be not more than 27 months. A base period
of approximately three months with two option years. The Stewart Army
Subpost is scheduled to be divested (services no longer be required) no
later than 30 September 1999. Ongoing reduced requirements due to
downsizing prior to divestiture are expected. The Standard Industrial
Classification (SIC) for this requirement is 4952 with a size standard
of$5,000,000. Concerns must be qualified and licensed to operate
wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal systems within the State
of New York and must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the
operation, maintenance, and repair of such systems. Interested
respondents must submit a resume of prior experience and evidence of
their capabilities to meet the Government's requirements to Linda
