Miner Project includes construction of barrier free, 2-unit, composting toilets located in four (4) campgrounds on the San Juan National Forest, located between 20 and 50 miles from Durango, Colorado. Contract time is 300 calendar days. Price range is between S100,000 and S250,000. The contract will be awarded to the contractor whose offer is most advantageous to the government, as evaluated by the criteria listed in the solicitation package. Pre-bid site visits will commence at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 24, 1997 at the Old Tymers Campground: from Durango, CO, take CR 240 13 miles East to FDR 501.
