Construction of a new 20,100SF facility for the Medical and Dining Facility functions. 2. Alteration/remodeling of approximately 4,400SF in Bldg. 118, (Operations and Training Facility), 3. Alteration/ remodeling of approximately 3,100SF of space in Bldg. 110 (existing Dining Facility), 4. Demolition and off site disposal of Bldg. 103, a concrete facility of approximately 3,100SF, 5. Demolition and off site disposal of Bldg. 135, a mobile home trailer of approximately 1,200SF. The project includes medical administrative areas, medical treatment areas, medical labs, general office areas, conference rooms, classrooms, dining room, commercial kitchen, and food preparation areas, food storage areas, men's and women's latrine/showers/locker rooms, and open administrative areas for pre wired work stations. The new construction consists of drywall walls, masonry walls, metal doors, and frames, insulated windows, glass curtain wall construction, standing seam metal roof and modified bituminous roof, steel bar joists, metal roof decking, interior and exterior lighting, interior finishes to include carpeting, ceramic tile, vinyl composition tile, and suspended ceilings. Also included in the new construction is the installation of the primary electric, HVAC and duct work, boiler compressor, HVAC control system, extension of utilities, new wiring and communications, new fire detection, suppression, and alarm systems, associated site work, parking lot, sidewalks, drainage, and landscaping. Contractor will be required to provide commercial grade kitchen equipment. Project will require demolition of the existing masonry building and mobile home e type trailer located on the project site with required off site disposal. Project will include limited remodeling of two other facilities. This will be a firm fixed price contract. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. "Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available from which payment for contract purposes can be made."
