Contractor to provide labor, materials, parts, necessary equipment (rig assemble/crane), freight, permits to dispose of all debris, qualified supervision, and any required structural steel changes to remove, dispose, and install new Evapco #AT-8-812B cooling tower supports as required. Cooling Tower having a capacity of 300 tons when cooling 652 gpm of water from 96 degree F to 86 degree F at 78 degree F wet bulb. Tower complete with one (1) 15 h.p. TEFC motor, access ladder, large orifice PVC water distribution system and all standard details including three (3) year fan and motor warranty. New tower is to be re-piped. Wiring, fuses, and heaters will be included also. Will use the new wire from existing starter in the basement to the new 15 h.p. tower fan motor. New conduit to be provided from existing disconnect to the tower motor. The existing fan controller will be re-used. Issue date will be on or about June 09, 1997.
