DESCRIPTION OF WORK -- The work includes dredging and disposal of dredged material, open ocean disposal and upland disposal in accordance with applicable laws and incidental related work complete and ready for use. -- The estimated cost is between $5 million and $10 million. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Approximate contract duration is 300 calendar days. -- Bids will be considered from all responsible sources. -- This project is unrestricted. -- The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the annual size standard is $13.5 million. -- It is recommended the subcontracting plan goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business subcontracting effort. -- NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office. A fee will be charged for all plans and specs and information regarding this may be obtained by calling Navy Plan Issue at 619-532-2082.
