Cleaning of Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning and air ducts located in 235 residential Marine Corps dependent housing units. Scope of work will include, but not limited to, cleaning the interior of the units, which includes the blower assembly, cooling coils, and drip pan. Remove and clean all supply diffusers at all duct openings. Rotary brush and vacuum all overhead duct work. Treat all work areas with a wide spectrum disinfectant, which will kill bacteria viruses, mold, and mildew. This solicitation will be issued using simplified acquisition procedures with award based on price and price related factors. this solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The 235 residential Marine Corps dependent housing units are located in Belton, Missouri 64012. The solicitation will be issued on or about 30 May 97, there is a 45 day project completion date.
