Z -- REPLACE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM SOL 568-12-97 DUE 071697 POC Joann Walker, 605-745-2070 Contractor to provide labor and materials to perform Project 579-91-102, Replace Fire Alarm System at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, South Dakota in accordance with plans and specifications. Project consists of replacing inadequate and obsolete fire alarm systems. Project will replace smoke and duct detectors, pull stations, bells, relays, annunciator panels and expand main panels to allow extra zones. All fire alarm system components must be Johnson Controls to provide compatibility with existing system. Construction range is between $250,000 and $500,000. A $25.00 refundable deposit is required in the form of either a money order, cashier's check, certified check or cash. Requests for solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer.
