16 -- E-2C GROUP 0 TO II UPGRADE KIT SOL N00019-96-G-0089 DUE 062397 POC Contact, Mark Schrader, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-96-G-0089 with Northrop Grumman Corporation (N/G), Bethpage, NY for the procurement of an Upgrade Kit and two Installation Data Packages for a Japan Air Self Defense Force Group 0 E-2C aircraft. The Upgrade Kit will bring the aircraft to the latest Group II configuration. N/G is the designer, developer and original equipment manufacturer of the E-2C and is the only firm with the technical capability, skills and knowledge required to accomplish this program specific tasking within the timeframe required by the Government.
