(xiv) The vendor must provide the following documentation = with the Band Saw: Three copies each of the Operator Manual, = Maintenance Manual, and Parts Breakout. (xv) Special Proposal = Preparation Instructions: (a) Non-adherence to the following = conditions of bidding will result in a rejection of the complete bid = package. (b) The bidder shall prepare his proposal by referring to = each of the above paragraphs (i.e. paragraphs (I) through (xv)) and = stating that the vendor understands paragraphs (I), (ii) and (iii). (c) = The bidder will then refer to each subsequent paragraph (i.e. = paragraphs (iv) through (v), (vi)(a) through (vi)(p), and (vii) through = (xv)) and place the letter "C" for compliance, "NC" for non-compliance = next to each paragraph number. (d) For all noncompliant ("NC") = paragraphs, the vendor must provide a detailed statement of what is = being offered.
