SOL TCA-SOL-1001 DUE 063097 POC Contract Specialist, Clara Patterson (757) 878-1352/53 The TRADOC Contracting Activity proposes to solicit service for Technical and academic support services to conduct analytical and wargaming exercises at the Center for Strategic Leadership (CSL), Carlisle Barricks, PA. The service will include support in the following areas: exercise support, exercise types, exercise design, analysis, conference support, software support, and visual information support. The Center for Strategic Leadership (CSL) serves as an educational center and high technology laboratory for examining the decision making process at the interagency, strategic and operational level; and the strategic use of land power in joint and combined operations. Both are examined and studied by CSL and its customers through the use of exercises, symposia, conferences, studies, and analysis. All firms interested in receiving a draft solicitation soley for submitting questions and comments, shall request a copy in writing to TRADOC Contracting Activity, Attn: ATCA, Bldg. 2798, Fort Eustis, VA 23604-5538.
