The design will reflect a renovated return air system which will comply with all applicable codes and regulations. The design should allow the renovation to take place with a minimal amount of asbestos abatement, facility disruption, and disturbance to building occupants. Building 103 currently houses psychiatric programs, functions, and patients. The geographical limitation for consideration is within a 150-mile radius of the city limits of Danville, Illinois.
