D -- PROPOSED COOPERATIVE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (CRADA) SUMMARY: The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is planning to enter into a CRADA with a private corporation. The purpose of the CRADA is to provide a single, electronically accessible means for any government employee to search for and compare/purchase products, request product prices and request agency products and services across all Federal contracts and agency offerings. Any other organization interested in pursuing the possibility of a CRADA for similar kinds of activities should contact DISA no later than June 6, 1997.
