Services to include all labor, equipment, and vehicles/tankers for transporting and handling of Naval Distillate Fuel Oil (F76) to various Department of Defense activities within Guam. Estimated quantities to be transported are 320,000 gallons to Anderson Air Force Base; 390,000 gallons to the U.S. Navy Public Works Center, 190,000 gallons to the U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station; 75,000 gallons to U.S. Naval Hospital; and 80,000 gallons to the U.S. Naval Station piers and wharves. An additional estimated 10,000 gallons of fuel per activity will be included for emergency services. The period of performance is 01 Aug 97 through 31 Jul 98.
