The Base Bid consists of the construction of approximately 2810 lineal feet of new trail construction on Geneva Lake Trail No. 58. Bid Option One, also on Lake Geneva Trail, consists of an additional 460 lineal feet of new trail construction and approximately 4505 lineal feet of trail reconstruction. Bid Option Two consists of the construction of approximately 6300 lineal feet of new trail construction on McGuire Mountain Trail No. 446. All construction/reconstruction of trails shall be designed to accommodate hikers and pack and saddle stock. Work items include clearing and grubbing, shallow ford crossings, switchbacks, one log puncheon walkway, and construction of eleven rock cairns. Estimated price range is between S25,000 and S100,000.
