The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Ashland, Kentucky, has a requirement for all labor, tools, and material to install a silicone based roofing system on various buildings at the institution. The line items are as follows: Base Bid: 24,900 square feet of surface area on 4 buildings (60 day completion period) Alternate I: 5,400 square feet of 1 area (additional 14 day completion period); Alternate II: 11,200 square feet of 1 area (additional 14 day completion period); Alternate III: 6,500 square feet of 1 area (additional 14 day completion period). The estimated price of this project is $100,000 -- $250,000. It is anticipated solicitations will be mailed out on 06/12/97, with an approximate due date of 07/15/97.
