Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 11 June 97. Bid Opening will be on or about 11 July 97. Performance period is 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice To Proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written request for the solicitation will be considered.
