Z -- RELOCATE COMPUTER ASSISTED INSTRUCTION LAB FROM BLDG 320 TO BLDG 328 SOL F4168597R0029 POC Juanita Rodriguez, Contracting Officer (210) 298-5608 The work includes but is not limited to furnishing all plant labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, and services necessary to perform installation of a new 20' X 16' computer room with 12" raised floor in existing terrain model board room bay of building 328. Project will include power requirements for computer assisted instruction (CAI) laboratory system, updated fire alarm/detection systems, stand-alone HVAC for computer room and new room finishes for the 40' X 70' bay. Existing suspended acoustical tile ceiling grid shall remain and new ceiling tiles shall be installed. Magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 30 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.
