The work includes, but is not limited to, water distribution system upgrades, power distribution system upgrades, replacement of an 1,800 SF recreation building, three skeet houses, a 5,000 SF putting green and associated site development. Estimated cost is between $250,000. And $500,000. Government furnished materials are not included. The SIC is 1542. Performance period is 195 calendar days. The work is not located in a restricted or controlled area. Acquisition will be through competitive negotiation procedures with qualified offerors. The areas of evaluation and their relative rank order, are stated in Section M of the solicitation, the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and will provide the best value to the government considering price and past performance.
