Replace undeground feeder circuit across apron and modify connections on north side. Provide dead-front three-way and four-way three-phase sectionalizing terminal enclosures. Provide dead-front two-way and three-way three phase oil switches, Little Rock Air Force Base. This is a firm fixed price contract The estimated cost of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance period will be 180 days. The procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis with small disadvantaged business evaluation preference.
