New polyvinyl chloride (PVC) roofing system, steel decking, new fixed metal ladders and painting is required in this project. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for accomplishing the work of all trades as indicated on the specifications and drawings. The scope of work is only for Bays 1 and 2 in Open Shed 573 as specified in the request for bid. Additional Bays 3 and 4 are listed on solicitation DAAJ04-97-B-0006. Site location is at Charles Melvin Price Support Center (CMPSC), Granite City, Illinois.
