Work consist of but is not limited to the following. The complete removal of Building 163, the former Optometry Clinic, a 3,752 square foot building with a framed roof on structural clay tile walls on reinforced concrete slab footing. The complete removal of Building 165, the former Medical Records Building along with the remains of an old connecting corridor system. The building is a 2,332 square foot one story building with a wood frame roof on brick and structural clay tile walls on reinforced concrete slab and piers on spread footings. The complete removal of Building 185, the former Visting Enlisted Quarters, a 4,032 square foot two story wood structure with reinforced concrete and masonry piers on spread reinforced concrete foundations. The complete removal of Building 246, the former Administrative/Civilian Personel Building, a 25,798 one story building with a wood frame roof on structural clay tile and concrete masonry walls on reinforced concrete foundations. The complete removal of Building 513, the former Bachelor Officer Quarters, a 3,145 square foot one story building, wood frame on concrete and masonry piers with spread reinforced concrete footings. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 -- $250,000 and funds are not currently available to award this project.
