Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, transportation and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of old BUR roofing, and install new BUR roofing to five buildings in the Cherokee, AL district of the Natchez Trace Parkway. Approximate roofing areas in this contract are: Cherokee Maintenance Building -- 9,250 sf; Cherokee Vehicle Storage Building -- 4,770 sf; Cherokee Pump House -- 208 sf; Buzzard Roost Exhibit Shelter -- 225 sf; and Colbert Ferry Comfort Station -- 432 sf. Some asbestos abatement will be required. Project is located on the Natchez Trace Parkway in Northwest Alabama. Magnitude of this project is $25,000 to $100,000.
