The purpose of this modification is to provide the following information in response to questions submitted. Question #1: CLIN 0009: The average and peak power ratings given are confusing. Should the average power be 1.0kW instead of 18kW? Answer to Question #1: No, since we will be using a CW signal, all power rating specifications are given for zero pressurization. Question #2: CLIN 0009: Should the specifications be given for both unpressurized and pressurized conditions? Please clarify. Answer to Question #2: No, since we will be using a CW signal, all power rating specifications are given for zero pressurization. Question #3: CLIN 0009: The value of .07dB/ft is beyond the measurement threshold capability of most equipment, so we suggest a value of 0.1dB/ft instead. Answer to Question #3: No. In 5 foot long pieces, each one will have an approximate loss of 0.35 dB. Our HP 8510 can easily measure this accurately and there are numerous other pieces of test equipment on the market that can do it also. Question #4: CLIN 0010: The specification needs to be clearer. What power levels do you want to specify for pressurized and unpressurized? Answer to Question #4: NO, since we will be using a CW signal, all power rating specifications are given for zero pressurization.
