Box 4290, Quincy, IL 62305 to provide spare components for Harris Transmitters located at Voice of America's (VOA) Manila, Philippines, Bangkok, Thailand and Athens, Greece Relay Station Overseas. The basis for using "other than full and open competition" for this procurement is 41 USC 253(C)(1) and far subpart 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements). The existing 1000KW, Model No.DX-1000 transmitter was manufactured by Harris Corporation. These parts and components are manufactured only for the transmitters by Harris Corporation exclusively for these transmitters. Contract performance period: One-year from date of contract award.
