One each, gravity fed multiflow compact variable ratio epoxy meter, mix and dispense, resin tranfer molding machine, type CMF4-35/25. One lot, polyester/vinylester processing package, to include 15mm stainless steel pump assembly, 10:1 twin dispense mixing head and PE tank. One lot, 20mm and 30mm mild steel pump assemblies with UHMWPE pistons, Viton seals, and two hard chrome 3/4" check valves for urethane processing. One lot, 20mm and 30mm stainless steel pump assemblies for phenolic processing with o-ring seat check valves. One each, heated mixer shroud with temperature controller. Two each, PTFE lined stainless steel braided hose size 3/4" x 15'. Two each, PTFE lined stainless steel braided hose size 1/2" x 15'. One each, nitrogen harness assembly for tank A and B for urethane operation. One each, posilube shaft seal lubricator 1/2" shaft. Two each, disposable mixer package 250 3/8 to 1/4 combo mixers, 250 3/8 x 24 disposable elements. Two each, pump repair kit. It is intended to award this contract to Liquid Control Corporation, North Canton, OH on a sole source basis -- Liquid Control Corporation is the only known source that can provide Resin Transfer Molding Injection equipment capable of the following...(a) single machine that operates utilizing epoxy, polyester, vinylester, urethane, and phenolic resins (b) exact control of temperature, pressure, velocity, and volume of resin being injected (c) exact control of the neat resin and catalyst temperature, pressure or vacuum, and atmospheric environment (d) computer control and data gathering of injected resin temperature, and neat resin temperature, injected resin volume, injection pressure, and resin velocity.
